水道光熱費 Utilities	賃料に含まれます。(上限設定あり) Included in the rent. (There is a high limit setting. )
保証人 Cosigner	連帯保証人等は不要ですが、緊急連絡先として家族や親戚、友人等をお知らせいただきます。 No need for cosigner but your family's contact is necessary as emergency contact. ( For foreigner, Japanese friend, coworker or relative's contact)
